REACH VET is a nationally mandated program using predictive modeling to identify Veterans at high statistical risk for suicide and other adverse outcomes. The REACH VET Coordinator (RVC) provides local oversight of the program and works with providers to inform them of the Veteran's statistical risk and required next steps. The RVC supports local implementation of the program. with the primary goal of helping reduce Veteran suicides and other adverse outcomes among identified Veterans.
