This position's main duties include but not limited to screening of Patients, Visitors, Contractors, and Employees and patient assistance. Position requires customer service skills and computer skills. Temporary position, not to exceed September 30, 2021. This position will support the Federal Govenment's response efforts to COVID-19. Duties include but are not limited to: Screening of Patients, Visitors, Contractors, and Employees and patient assistance. Customer service skills and Computer skills. Establishes and promotes effective interpersonal relationships and communications with inpatients/residents, families and others. Establishes and promotes effective working relationships with other employees Responsible for performing selected patient/resident related transports to different areas. Listens to all customer feedback and acts to resolve complaints within his/her control, and reports to Guide/immediate supervisor in a timely manner Uses and follows proper hand hygiene, universal precautions and general infection control principles. Work Schedule: The tour of duty for this position is typically Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Rotating Saturdays from 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and Wednesdays 4:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Hours are subject to need.
