The Food Service Worker performs a wide range of tasks in all areas of the Food Service/Food Production. Understands and coordinates the work of lower grade employees and assures that lower level Food Service Workers perform their work assignments quickly, efficiently and neatly. Demonstrates a broad knowledge of Food Service procedures including food preparation, dishwashing, dry food and perishable food (refrigerated) storage, handling and food delivery.
