The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. *Enterprise Pool 1:** Base rate ($30.25-50.81/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials* 1 facility - preferred location/closest to home* At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area* 12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area *Enterprise Pool 2: ** Base rate ($30.25-50.81/hr) + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials* Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.* Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area * PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area *Enterprise Pool 3: ** Base rate $75.00/hr * Must be available to travel to all facilities. * Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area* PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area *Unit Type/Specialty Areas:** Critical Care* Surgical Services* Medical Surgical* Procedural* Women's Services* ED* Behavioral Health *Benefits: ** PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits* Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibilityWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact, * Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact.
