This individual  will lead recurring denial prevention committees to partner with operations and clinical leaders to identify denial/write-off prevention opportunities, develop performance reporting and initiative tracking tools, develop improvement initiatives, partner with Centura leadership to drive accountability and ensure implementation success. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Minimum Requirements: - 3 to 5 years supervisory experience working in revenue cycle - Possesses ability to build trusting relationships with executives at all levels - Possesses analytic ability to work in a data-heavy environment and to identify trends in data - Advanced MS office required (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Demonstrated experience with acute care hospital revenue cycle processes is required - Proper understanding of key pain points for hospital stakeholders - Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills Your Connected Community:Centura Health is the region's largest health care system.
