The Registered Nurse Educator is responsible for providing competent, evidence-based education to Community Care staff. The Nurse Educator understands instructional design, implementation, and application related to education and training. The Educator is primarily responsible for the orientation of new employees, evaluation of their progress in the orientation process, and for developing and implementing a learning plan for improving identified deficiencies. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
