Seeking a PNP to cover the newborn nursery in the Pacific Northwest!

What You Can Expect
Enjoy a consistent Mondayâ“Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week). Requires some weekend and holiday coverage. Â
Average daily census of 8â“20 newborns.
Work alongside in-house neonatologists for seamless support.
Provide care for unassigned newborns, including admissions, discharges, and progress notes.
No Delivery Attendance or Circumcisions Required: Focus on what you do bestâ”newborn care.

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a masterâ™s degreeÂ
Ideal for experienced PNPs with newborn nursery experience.
Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range (Base Pay): $115,000 - $135,000 per year and is based on years of relevant experience.Â
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:

Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year. Â
