Duties
Weekly bedside rounds with assigned staff to discuss patient care, policies, procedures, and findings from QA monitors and staff concerns
Problem identification and resolution as evidenced by documentation in memorandums, reports of contact, incident reports, etc.
Assesses plans and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of patient care
Participates in clinical rounds to monitor compliance with standards of care, policies and procedures, safety standards/guidelines. Demonstrates the ability to address the young adult, middle adult and geriatric patient's communicative disorders; cognitive deficits; physical limitations and considerations; emotional and behavioral reactions; in addition to linking age specific needs with the appropriate care/treatment
