The Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of direct line team and outpatient behavioral health programming.
- Supervise and support direct care team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Manager.
- Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health outpatient, intensive outpatient and acute partial hospitalization for both adult and adolescent patients ensuring services run efficiently and meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor team productivity and billing practices to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with payer requirements.
- Ensure patient records are maintained in accordance with regulatory, licensing, and accrediting body standards.
- Provide leadership in developing and refining programming to meet the needs of the patient population.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated care and positive patient outcomes.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and other departmental reviews as needed
- Assist with budget planning and monitoring; identify resource needs and recommend cost-effective strategies
Required -
- Master's degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling
- LCSW or LPC license required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with outpatient behavioral health population required.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

- Demonstrate considerable expertise in the areas of mental health, co-occurring and substance misuse.
- Can effectively lead, mentor and support clinical team members in a way that is collaborative and inclusive
- Facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration between therapists, mental health assistants and psychiatric providers.
- Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve conflicts and advocate for team members and patients.
